I have been loving this particular look this week. I wore it for the first time at my niece’s 10th birthday party last week and I’ve worn it two more times just since then. I love this eye makeup so much; It’s simple, quick, universal, appropriate for so many different occasions, soft, neutral, glam…you understand, I’m sure….
I was feeling festive on that Saturday and I felt a birthday party was the perfect (and most obvious) occasion for me to break out my limited edition Birthday Girl shadow by ColourPop Cosmetics.
First, get a glimpse of these legendary shadows.
Next, take note of the steps (which are super simple):
• Use MakeupGeek’s Creme Brulee to blow out your crease area.
• Add Too Faced Glitter Glue to the eye lids.
• Using your middle finger, apply ColourPop’s Nillionaire shadow all over the lid.
• Add I ColourPop’s Birthday Girl shadow on top of Nillionaire and blend w/ finger.
These shadows are so pretty you guys. When you mix the two together they give off this beautiful gold/coppery soft effect. This has been my go-to eye makeup for work lately. It’s so office appropriate. It’s so everything appropriate, really. Once again, ColourPop and MakeupGeek for the total win.
Omg I want all of these shadows now! Gorgeous look!
